  I had an amazing experience at CarMax. I knew the car I wanted before I arrived. I had the car financed before I left the house. When I got to the showroom, the car was ready to test drive and the paperwork was effortless. My sales representative was very knowledgeable and she made sure I got the best interest rate. I was in and out within a hour. I’ll definitely refer my friends when they are in the market to buy.

  My salesman Mike was the best. We discussed my options, he explained the process accurately, and made me feel appreciated. I have talked to him 3 times after the sale and I consider him a friend.

  I really enjoyed shopping at CarMax. My sales associate, Tee Porter, was extremely pleasant to work with. I spotted my car on the internet at another store and Tee professionally walked me through the process to get the car transferred. I loved the lack of pressure during the sales process. Tee consistently responded quickly and confidently with answers to all my questions. As a result, I purchased a very low mileage 2007 Lexus ES 350 that I am so far quite pleased to own and to drive.
  I would definitely recommend CarMax if you are interested in buying your first or next vehicle.

  Everything about searching, test driving, and buying the car was so smooth and carefree. They were awesome with that and answered all my questions. It was when I was leaving with my car when the issue began. My driver's seat would not move (fine when I test drove it). Turns out the track needed to be replaced. Everything about them fixing it was a hassle from the lack of communication to the unmet return date to the restrictions on the loaner car. I dropped off my car on a Thursday. They promised to return it by the following Tuesday. My vehicle was not ready until Friday, a whole week after I dropped it off. Also, I was promised another key and three weeks later, no key, and no updates on me receiving it. Those two issues kept them from getting five stars. If I could give 3.5 stars, I would.

  Wow, what an easy experience! We had three cars and we're going to move out of state. I made an appointment online to get one of the cars appraised, and within 45 minutes of showing up, they had checked out the car, given me an offer, then a check when I said yes and signed over the title. Painless! And their offer was fair for the condition of the vehicle! Definitely recommend.
