  I called Rick's because our washing machine's inlet was dripping water into the machine when it wasn't being run. He suggested something I could try (and explained why he thought it would work) in order to save ourselves a service call, and the suggestion worked! I appreciate his choice to troubleshoot over the phone rather than coming out just to make money. He is wise to generate good will and good reviews in this way.

  Rick has repaired our washer twice. Hes quick, experienced, dependable and reasonable. Always explained the problem and how he repaired it.

  He is awesome, he is honest and explains everything he is doing and explains in detail why my dryer was not heating. I definitely reccomend him without a doubt. Dryer is heating up again in less than a hour.

  Rick recently serviced our whirlpool refrigerator. He was very honest and pricing was very reasonable. He was able to get to us same day which was also a plus! I highly recommend him.

  My dishwasher did not drain. My husband called Rick's and he walked him through what it could be, rather than charging us to come out to service the dishwasher. My husband followed Rick's instructions and my dishwasher is working again. Rick saved us a visit. It's nice to know that there are still decent people in the world. I will definitely recommend Rick and contact him in the future.
