We had DL Gibson install a SunSetter motorized retractable awning about 2 years ago and it was a great installation experience and a great product! In a recent snowstorm we forgot to pull our awning in and the snow built up until the awning arms eventually gave way and broke. We called DL Gibson and the parts were covered under the all-weather warranty and they had them in stock and were able to repair the awning back to new condition the next day! DL Gibson provides amazing customer service and I can't recommend them enough! Fantastic company!
Installation and product was superb! (Unfortunately, since installation, we've had more cloudy days than sunny.) The Sunsetter looks wonderful. So many compliments from family & friends. Although delivery of our 2 awnings took longer than expected, installation took several hours and everything works flawlessly. We highly recommend D.L. Gibson Enterprises and Sunsetter Awnings!

DLG Enterprises performed a flawless, professional installation of our SunSetter motorized awning. We were unable to enjoy most of the day on our deck because of our unobstructed southern exposure to the sun. With our SunSetter awning we are now able to enjoy our deck in the shade in the midst of blistering sunshine. Our deck has now a haven for rest and relaxation in the shade thanks to Douglas L.
