  Andy is extremely thorough, attentive, and engaged. He makes the workouts fun, yet challenging. He addressed my imbalances/weaknesses, and created custom workouts to correct them. If you are willing to push yourself through the workouts, Andy Shin Fitness provides fantastic results. Highly recommended for people serious about getting into athlete shape.

  Working with Andy has been such a positive experience. I have been working with Andy for over a year. He always keeps in mind your own personal goals and tailors each workout to you. Andy is a very positive person and a workout with him is always fun as he makes the time pass quickly. Andy is also enthusiastic and easy to talk to. He is very consistent, never cancels appointments at the last minute, and always gets back to me quickly if I need to change our appointments. I highly recommend working with Andy Shin.

  I have been a runner for years plateauing recently. I came to Andy with the goals to improve muscle tone and strength, and therefore run better and longer. After working with Andy for about 6 months, he is able to help me to achieve all four. He is organized, knowledgeable, punctual, attentive, and extremely motivational. Make no mistake he WILL make you work hard and sweat, the sessions are designed to best fit individual goals and physical conditions; they are “labor-intensive” but also always fun (he is a really funny guy). I love working with Andy and would highly recommend him as a trainer!

  Andy has been my personal trainer for 5+ years now. He is a thorough professional - knowledgeable and always prepared with a varied workout planned. He has been very helpful in getting me back to full strength after a few injuries. On top of that, he is a really nice person and a great conversationalist - the workout time flies by!

  I'll freely admit, I was hesitant to start working with a personal trainer but Andy does a fantastic job tailoring workouts and goals for each individual client. He's also great at adjusting workouts on-the-fly to help me get the most of our time working together. I highly recommend Andy for the "just off the couch" beginner to the advanced gym rats out there.
