Skip is fantastic! Highly recommend, he is honest, fair and very knowledgeable. Skip is the only appliance repair we will use.
Had a great experience with Skip for dryer repair. As the prior review said - he scheduled us quickly, had the parts with him, worked efficiently and really, really knew his stuff. Friendly, experienced and trustworthy. He will be our go-to going forward.
Called and scheduled service, they had an opening in just a few days. They gave us a window of 9:30-11 for arrival. Skip was there at 9:30 sharp. we were afraid the cost of the repair would be more than replacing it so I asked about the service charge before hand ($65) which seemed very reasonable. Skip identified the issue quickly and had the parts in the truck. Excellent service at a very fair price. I'm saving his number and won't hesitate to use him again.
